Amla (Amalaki) is one of the most powerful anti-aging plants in Ayurvedic medicine. Amla is a rich source of natural vitamin C, due to which it has strong antioxidant properties. This medicine is an immunomodulator, aphrodisiac, a tonic for the respiratory system, and is indicated for colds to support the body.

Amla improves vision and is a tonic for the organs of vision, heart, liver, kidneys and urinary system, improves digestion, has a mild laxative effect. It regulates acidity and is indicated for gastritis and for the treatment of stomach ulcers.

In addition, Amla improves the absorption of iron, therefore it is indicated for anemia, stimulates hair growth and improves skin condition and complexion. It is also indicated for the treatment of hepatitis in combination with other medicines, regulates sugar levels and is used for diabetes.

Amla has a cooling nature.

It is also a component of the most famous Ayurvedic medicines - Triphala and Chyavanprash.

  • – Permitted preservative: Potassium sorbate 1.2 mg, Sodium benzoate 0.6 mg


Dosage:

  • 2 tablets 2 times a day.
